I you can completily forget about. I moved in I in 2002. It wasnt bad when I was there but the area slowly declined. I felt unsafe and was allowed to move to an apartment in II after someone broke into my car. II is somewhat newer. I figured being further back might be better. however my wife's car was stolen from right in front of the apartment. When I complained to management they basically said
