| | | | Review Title: Don't Move Here | | | | | | Reviewer: Anonymous | | | | Review Date: 3/18/04 | | | | | | | Rate This Apartment | | | | | | | At first, I was very pleased with my apartment. However, during the time that I lived there, it fell under new management and was converted into Section something (I can't remember the number) housing.Very soon, the climate of the apartment complex changed. It became very loud and almost intimidating (I am a single female and every time I went outside there were random guys who didn't even live there loitering around). There were several break-ins that occurred also. Also, there are minor problems with the air conditioning units, such that they are constantly broken or freezing up.Mine did at least five times and I had no air, in 80+ weather for like two days. The good thing is that they do allow pets with a $300 deposit, but the bad thing is that although I was in the process of selling my dog and he only lived in the apartment for two weeks, I still had to pay the entire deposit.Oh, did I mention that I sold him to one of the women that worked in the leasing office?I just though that was a little unfair.Additionally, it does have gated access, however, the gate is always broken, so it really serves no purpose most of the time.Overall, on a scale of one to ten, I would rate this apartment at a 5. | | | | |
