	Pinnacle Homes At Coursey Place 13675 Coursey Blvd Baton Rouge,  La 70817 225-753-8880 Rating Recommend:    No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  1.0 Parking:  1.0 Appearance:  1.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  1.0 Unit Condition:   1.0 Noise:  1.0		Review Title:  No Parking Spaces Or Trash Facilities Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  1/13/04      Rate This Apartment     Althought the complex is ONLY 50% full; there is not enough parking spaces.Some folks park on the grass, while others just double park.There is ONLY (1) 3'x3' trash compactor for the entire complex.Notice the large mounds of trash piled up as you enter (ATTRACTIVE!).The front gates have been under construction for 7 months and still do not function.IF YOU ARE TOLD SOMETHING WILL BE CORRECTED ---GET IT IN WRITTING.Very dis-honest company!
