Across the street is a decnet neightborhood.I've never had a secruity problem.It is a quite complex.The best thing about Teakwood is if you have a dog.A GREAT place to bring your dog.There are great dog lovers that live here who will provide your doggie with playmates every evening in the empty feilds around the complex.
