Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  3/31/04      Rate This Apartment     Problems1. Serious rodent problem (caused by an empty field next to the complex so bring your mouse traps)2. Hot water in shower last about 5 mins3. Occassional power outages4. Extrememly slow maintenance response5. Old buildings (Since 1974)6. Bad neighborhood (Gardere area is known for theft and crime)I found out too late! You will hear police sirens all day in 20 min increments.7. No place for a female, especially, to live alone.8. This complex has had complaints through the BBB that you can see by visiting the BBB website. I wish I had thought of reviewing those before I leased.
