Baton Rouge,  La 70810 225-757-1660 Rating Recommend:    No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  2.0 Parking:  2.0 Appearance:  4.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  2.0 Unit Condition:   4.0 Noise:  4.0		Review Title:  Horrid Experience Reviewer:  Melissaj_646@hotmail.com   Review Date:  1/27/05      Rate This Apartment     This is the most unprofessionally-run apartment complex that I have ever lived in.I unfortunately am still in a lease, because unlike other businesses, you can't just stop renting from someone if the service provided is unsatisfactory.They do not have a clue as to what's going on in their own apartments--I have seen and reported it all and have been repremanded and slapped to the hand in order to silence me.The staff is snobby, lazy, unprofessional, and uterly incompetent--especially the manager, Kathy Mather!I can't wait to get out of this experience.PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE!And from what other posters have said, I'm sure moving out will be a nightmare.
