Apartment Review for Acadian Place Apartments - Baton Rouge, LA

I am currently looking to rent elsewhere. During the summer my central air stops working every 2 weeks. I have a large hole in my ceiling, which by the way have been there sense the day before Thanksgiving 08". Kitchen pipes leaks, Bathroom toilet leaks, all have been told to manager several times w/no solution. New manager is never in the office. This was a disaster from day one that has not gotten any better. Renter beware. By the way if you rent a downstairs unit make sure to get renters insurance or a boat for all the water you will have in your apartment. You are not a priority once you have moved in. If it s not repaired before you signed your lease, it won,t be once you move in. DON T RENT ANY APTS FROM WHITE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
