Apartment Review for Azalea Point Apartments - Baton Rouge, LA

The parking isn't all that bad except for visitors who have very few spots, be warned that the parking lot floods in certain spots (in front of office/mailboxes). The unit itself was in good condition, it had just been painted and seemed to have new carpet. Noise level isn't too bad for a complex with mostly students. I have had problems with the maintenance, some days it takes them an hour and some times its more like weeks. It just depends on the severity of the request. The staff do know me by name and seem to care. All in all, its not too bad for the price.
