The location, rent, maintenance, neighbor, convenience, every condition is awesome. 10 minutes away from LSU, 5 minustes to the Mall of Louisiana, 10 minutes to the wal-mart, Target, Theater and other shopping mall area. One drawback is you need your own transportation.  Need to rent an apartment?
