Apartment Review for Bluebonnett Place Apartments - Baton Rouge, LA

Have been good renters for several years and treated terribly when their machine flooded our apartment. We've had to push them to make repairs while mold is growing on cabinets and carpet pad and my roommate couldn't stay here for days and her stuff was ruined, but this does not bother them. Management is rude and likes to blame residents. Rent is cheap but the neighborhood is rough and there has been a shooting. Units are old and shabby and unclean, appliances break, and windows are flimsy. They bought ugly sculptures but haven't dealt with crumbling stairs and peeling paint. No one stays more than 6 months for good reason.
