Apartment Review for Cypress Park - Baton Rouge, LA

I have lived here over 3 years. Initially it was a great place. The last year, the property has just deteriorated! The new manager and asst. manager would rather pay money for new pretty dumpsters than upkeep of the property. In addition we had had roof damage in May of this year, the apartments have yet to be repaired! You tell me, Is this good maintenance. When asked when will the repairs be done, you get unsympathetic responses from management. When asked for reduced rent because of the time and amount of damage, the management responds with "we are not holding anyone to their lease, you stay because you want to." Real nice huh?
