Apartment Review for Edgewood - Baton Rouge, LA

The apartments are fairly priced for the area and I found it a good deal. The management is extremely friendly and Amanda in the office is super nice. The maintenance is awesome. If there is a problem the people are here to fix it the same day! The grounds are kept clean, manicured frequently and gardens taken care of. The gate is a pill, dont think it helps any. But all apartments that have gates have thier issues. Dont like how visitors follow residents in through the gates, but they can do this at any apartment no matter how swanky it is. There were a few problems with loud oddballs that hung outside making noise, but they were evicted. I know they are not afraid to do this, saw it happen a couple times. I think there should be assigned parking and designated visitor spots because sometimes I have to walk further than I wish. But hey....that is apartment living. Plus I lived in Tigerland for many years through college and honestly I cant complain about this place. It really is a nice place to live...not forever, but you know in transition.
