Utilities always breaking. Rudest staff I've ever dealt with. Charge $1,700 after moving out for typical apartment cleaning fees. Charged $90 extra on day of walk-through because my FISHING POLE and 4 plants were in the apartment, so an extra day AND late fee was charged.  Need to rent an apartment?
