Apartment Review for Grand Oaks - Baton Rouge, LA

the office staff is great, but the maintenance is not good, neighbors talk and fuss to much. the walls are just to thin seems like they just put one sheet of drywall up cause u can hear the neighbors having sex. the parking is very bad if you aren't there by a certian time you have to walk a good distance to your apartment. and on top of all that we had a very big animal in our ceiling that has been there every since we have been there. so i wouldn't recommened them unless you have no other choice.
