Apartment Review for Greenwell Plaza Apartments - Baton Rouge, LA

i have been with Greenwell plaza over a year and they have just gotten new management 5 weeks ago. I have been having a problem for about 1 month and they have only come to look at it, never to fix it. The management fired all the old maintenance workers and hired a load of unexperienced crap. They are sorry. The manager never answers the phone and they do not keep the place up as nice as the old management did. This place has really went down to the dumps and sprinkle a little splatter on that and you have the new Greenwell Plaza, i plan on moving very soon!!!!
