Apartment Review for Highland Plantation - Baton Rouge, LA

My roommate and I are currently in our 3 month of a 14 month lease. It has been the worst 3 months of our lives. Our AC has gone out 5 times. The first 4 times it went out it took them 5 days each time to even come out and look at the unit. They finally fixed it right the 5th time. It was broken on the day we moved in by the way. The lease includes internet but its dial up and useless. Last week the ceiling in my room started leaking and dripped water onto my new TV. It is now ruined but the complex said they wouldn't pay for it. They told us we could have a free futon if we signed the lease, still haven't seen that. It is a poorly ran complex and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, EVER.
