Apartment Review for Highland Plantation - Baton Rouge, LA

Lets list all the things that went wrong: 1. The place was so dirty when we moved in and the oven wasn't even put together. There were holes in the wall and stains in the carpet. Eventually they patched the holes but the carpet cleaners couldn't remove the stains. 2. The AC was older than time and broke constantly and took ages to get fixed. 3. Parking lot was always full - and covered in broken glass - even though anytime friends came over their car would get towed. 4. "high speed" internet was always running slow or not working at all. 5. The door didn't seal and as a result our electric bill was high ($50 more than where we stayed before and currently) 5. Upon move out we did not get our deposit back and were charged extra for various nonsense even though we took care of the apartment cleaned the place up better than when they gave it to us.
