Apartment Review for Ivy Park Apartments - Baton Rouge, LA

This is a great complex to live in. We have lived here a little over three months and it's been a good experience. The staff have responded to any need that has come up. The apartments are "home-like" and comfortable. The weight room is great!! Haven't actually been in the pool but have gone out there to relax. It's very peaceful. Our surrounding neighbors are nice and the property is very clean and well kept up. The location is super!!! The only thing I would change is I would put different doors on the washroom area because sometimes, the noise comes thru. We just turn the TV up and apparently that's ok because none of our neighbors have complained. We have only heard the neighbors very faintly a couple of times. The apartments seem almost sound proof. First 90 or so days AOK!!!!!!
