Apartment Review for Jefferson East Apartments - Baton Rouge, LA

I was impressed when I moved in. 1br are 800+ sq ft. Fairly cheap price too although they increase your rent every time you renew your lease. Management was nice when I moved in, but quickly found out that management changed ever few months. Over two years I'm on my fourth manager. Maintenance is slow and they usually mess something else up while fixing one thing. Supposed to be assigned parking, but less desireable neighbors always take it. Not to mention they are taking over the place. Overall: great location of town but not really worth the time or money unless you have no choice.
