This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with -- incompetent, obnoxious and unreasonable. If you get a renovated apartment, the apartments themselves are fine, but the management company is not worth the hassle. There are too many empty apartments in Baton Rouge to deal with this miserable management.  Need to rent an apartment?
