Apartment Review for Magnolia Garden Apartments - Baton Rouge, LA

the apartments are an overall mess the units are slowly falling apart they have a flea problem and the manager mandy is so rude. I have lived here for a year and am so glad that my lease expired today i wish that someone would have written reviews beofre i moved here. the maintenence sucks and they take forever to come once they come they only fix the problem to last a matter of days. since i lived her my apartment has been broken into and my vehicle has been stolen the guy that stays across the hall from me was robbed at gun point and there are always children being loud and screaming early in the morning. Its not worth the money are the headache please stay away from these apartments.
