Apartment Review for Magnolia Gardens Apartments - Baton Rouge, LA

OMG is all I can say. My least is up in 2 months and I am so ready for it to be over. The maintenance men look like they have just been released from jail and wlak aroung cursing and laughing all day the management is horrible. Things are always getting stolen some of the people who have children there sont control them so they run wild destroying stuff. The only way you might have any peace and quiet is if you stay up stairs. on top of that something is always breaking in htese apartments since I've moved in someone has to come out every month to fix my shower and of course it breaks again. there are pest problems... people get robbed around there i try my best to get home before dark because its not safe.These apartment manager just gt fired last week because the maintenance request were backed up plus there were people not paying rent this apartment sucks...its like staying in the hood dont move here are you will be sorry. oh and did i mention how raggedy the parking lot is and all of the cabinets are sunk in and old.
