Apartment Review for Magnolia Gardens Apartments - Baton Rouge, LA

Awful management.crime.this place is straight up hood.Ive had electrical problems over and over.water problems and at least two of the maintenance staff is alway drunk.one came to do a work order and i could smell it on him.stay far from this place and greenwell plaza apts and loan oak they are all run by the same crappy,rude, manager.at least the old manager tried.but they ran her out.owner is a fat old liar that will tell you anything!
