Apartment Review for Magnolia Gardens Apartments - Baton Rouge, LA

I really dont even know where to begin. CRIME,AWFUL MANAGEMENT, MAINTENANCE IS NEVER AROUND.A/C ALWAYS BROKEN.When we first moved here, we had a real nice lady that managed and she tried really hard. She actually cared. sadly,She gone now and this godawful nasty skank runs the place. She dates the owner. He an old man that we seen coming out of the young single girls apartments late at night.He walks around here trying to look important. all the other residents laugh at him. he talk just to hear himself.all he do is lie..and mandy is uneducated and rude to evryone. she never answers the phone and is running this place into the ground.We will be moving next month and we are SO GLAD!!Dont waste your time or money.This place is ghetto and so is the management
