Apartment Review for Magnolia Trace Apartments - Baton Rouge, LA

When I moved it last year it was horrible! My biggest problems was pest. I despise any type of bug so I would call the office like every week asking for pest control ... Never got it. If you come home too late at night, parking becomes and issue along with the people that just hang out around your door looking suspicious. I told the apartment manager about it and she lives on site and she told me to call her if I ever had a big problem with the situation but she's not superwoman and I would never trust that she would come to my rescue if someone tried to rush me in my apt and take everything I had. They don't care about your situations all they want is their rent b4 the 5th of every month. Hopefully they have new management by now!
