Apartment Review for Monet Place - Baton Rouge, LA

When I first moved here as a single young female by myself, it was great. Pretty quiet for the neighborhood, neighbors very friendly and looked out for each other. The last 6 months though, the quality of people living their has declined. Also, they have fired apartment managers for stealing and ripping off tenants. Crime is steadily increasing. The price is great for someone like me, a full time student but you have to seriously consider the saftey issues and trust you may have in the owners. I moved to a more expensive apartment recently and decided I would rather pay more for my saftey and well being then save a couple hundred dollars per month. On the plus side, the maintenance crew is great, fix everything in a timely manner and very well.
