Apartment Review for Oak Woods Apartments Ofc - Baton Rouge, LA

The apartments were a nice size for a one bed room but that was the only nice thing about it. First ever time it rained the bathroom flood and the bathtub would back up with redish black water that came from god's knows where. The kitchen sink would back up everytime the people above us would use their dishwasher. The management would never fix it they would just send some to clean the carpet like that solve the problem. It was so bad with the flooding in the apartment the we had to buy a wet/dry vac to keep from drowing in our own apartment. The parking situation was no better. They also had 8 to 9 people living in a one bedroom apartment which made the small complex crowded and using the laundry room almost impossible. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The sheriff's deputy stayed there more than the management.
