Other than the roaches coming up from the apt below, you should watch out for the tricky ways they try to keep your deposit! 1st - You have to notify mgt within 60 days of your lease terminating if you intend on leaving and having your deposit returned. If you don't do so in 60 days you lose your deposit! 2nd - If you intend on breaking your lease, DO NOT FAX OVER THE LEASE BREAK FORM!!!! HAND DELIVER IT!!!! "Somehow" they never seem to receive those faxes!!!!!
