Apartment Review for Pelican Bay Apartments - Baton Rouge, LA

this is the worst place i have ever lived and i would never advise anyone at all to live here i have been here for a year and nothing has been fixed since i moved in. management is very rude and very unprofessional, from the staff to maintenence and some occupents. The appartments are very poorly built and u can hear everything through the walls, not only that they have occupents who work at nothing but driving others away by constantly making false accusations. Management says one thing and does another. Things written in ur lease or subject to change as they see fit according to thier mood. They also show favortism to those they have as watchdogs. THEY LOVE THERE WATCH DOGS!!!!! Over here your business is never your own.
