Apartment Review for Pinnacle Homes At Coursey Place - Baton Rouge, LA

I've lived here with my family for about 8 months. I like the beautiufl community with the lakes, friendly staff, excellent location, and extras. The problems I have are the dog poop on any grassy area, the overflowing trash compactor, the very thin walls and floors. I'm not sure why that person said lack of parking, because the parking lots are never full. I've seen a few lazy individuals park in handicap spaces because they couldn't get a space close to their door even with lots of vacant spaces. This is probably one the safest and friendliest part of Baton Rouge to live.
