Apartment Review for Place Du Plantier Apartments - Baton Rouge, LA

While living at PDP I've discovered it is not the place to be. Lauren Lane is never there and when you call her constantly she will never call you back until you reach out to corporate and let them know whats going on. John is her lackey I've been there 2 years and he still knows nothing other than how to B.S. ppl. They always have new staff which some were ok but the nice ones are gone. When I got to the office yesterday no one knew what was going on or tried to help me. When are they going to get rid of the bad employees. I also find it suspicious that they got rid of all the balck people that work there, I found it crazy because they seem to be the only helpful people. I'm tired of paying rent when the only time they want to reach out to us is when they want someone to renew or go to there events. Maybe if they would take things back to the basics and worry about the most important things first then they may have some room to grow till then be prepared for overpriced apartments, poor customer service, not parking, car breakins, noisey neighbors, a poor unit, nothing that works, and the worst lease agreement in your life. P.S These ratings are dead on please don't overlook them!!
