A couple of weeks after I first moved into this place, my electricity got cut off because the office was so unorganized--I was energy-less for 6 days. When I left the complex, I was charged more than $400 in "cleaning fees." The manager is always absent and no one seems to know what they are doing.  Need to rent an apartment?
