Apartment Review for Plantation Trace - Baton Rouge, LA

Ive been living in Highland Plantation for close to 6 months now and I hate it. The occupants in my apt before me had a pet so my apt smells horribly lik pet urine. They have promised to shampoo my carpet and other things but have yet to do anything during this 6 months. The only plus about this apartment complex is that it has bundled utilities. Thats really the only thing that has kept me here for this long. Im currently seeking a new apartment. Highland Plantation is horrible. The staff is rude and dont do anything to help with problems. Ive been having the same problems with my apt since Ive moved in and they could care less. I wouldnt recommend Highland Plantation to anyone. Oh and my apt has 2 bathrooms but im only able to use one of them because the other smells lik cat piss. Ive scrubbed and clean that bathroom countless times but nothing will make the smell go away. Its really embarrassing when i have guests because even with the door closed the smell of the bathroom spreads over my whole apt. And still, highland plantation has done nothing to help with the problem.
