Apartment Review for Sherwood Acres Apartments I And I I - Baton Rouge, LA

The staff here is lazy and do not make any effort to keep the property up. I have been here for a year now and my apartment has never been sprayed for pest or anything. The laundry matt had a family of cats living in it for a month, they were informed over five times and did nothing. Once animal control came and got the cats out, they did not even clean the laundry room!!!! The laundry room to this day still have the smell of urine and still have cat feces located between and behind the dryers. Now the laundry mat door is tore off of the hinges and just set up there. Staff will not answer calls when they are in the office. Oh and MAINTENANCE IS A JOKE!! My AC has been broke 5 times it took maintenance 2 months to come and fix it, for it to break again. Please do not choose sherwood acres to live!!! I looking now for a new place. Oh and i can count on one hand how many times the grass has been cut!!! I been here a year.
