Apartment Review for Sherwood Place Apartments - Baton Rouge, LA

Things could be worse but it could be much better. Maintainance is awful. Not blaming maintainace because sometimes their hands may be tied by UL Coleman on how much things can be fixed and or replaced. Sometimes things are fixed half way or the maintainance slip is "lost." Make sure if you move here to inspect the unit and have everything fixed and or replaced that is broken prior to moving in. Noise level can be high at times due to lack of really good insulation between units. Sometimes I think they forget about the residents who have lived here for a very long time and only fully take care of new residents.
