Apartment Review for Spring Brook Apartments - Baton Rouge, LA

I would love to say this could be an isolated experience but the managers reaction can't possibly be. You will be given a violation even if its something that you didnt do. Someone, anyone can call and say your apartment number is making noise and the next day you are guaranteed a violation and a threat of a $50 fine. If go try to ask about it in the front office the manager is very argumentative until of course you mention that you're moving out then her tone subtles. Parking is horrible!!! The spots are so small that you are guaranteed some dings before you move out. Mind you its a gated property but for over 5 months the gates were not closed. We have gone through three different sets of management. This is my last straw. I'm trying to debate whether i should break the lease which would cost me a full months rent (which by the way is not stated in the lease) or just to stick it out for six months.
