Apartment Review
Ghetto/ New Hood !!
Review Date: 10/16/2006 Reviewer: Anonymous
The process to move in to St. Jean Apartment was swift and easy. The rent was exceptionally high; I have 709.00 for a three bedroom. On the rental website site they stated that cable is included in the rent (not for me) I had to pay an extra 35.00 a month for cable on top of the 709.00 a month. The interior of the apartment was nice. The neighbors were scary one evening I was gathering my trash to take out the house so I left a crack in my door, a lady ran into my home running from her deranged husband. My neighbors son played the drums all hours of the night, my other neighbors son was always outside with a gang of other boys. The atmosphere around the complex changed a lot of Ghetto people now live there. I had a problem with my stove that was never solved. I called the office several times about the problem, maintenance never came out the last 3 months I live there I was unable to cook on my stove. Dont move there Im warning you in advance. |
