Apartment Review for Tc Properties - Baton Rouge, LA

great location, close to a lot of stuff, but a bit pricey for what you get. and God forbid you have any maintnence issues. very slow to respond, or doesnt call back at all. my ac sucks and i cant get it serviced, my electric bills are through the roof. other apartments have been fixed up, new ac, new carpet, fresh paint, the works, but mine was untouched before i moved in, and desperately needs the work its not getting. my place was broken into owner has no insurance coverage.
