Apartment Review for The Park At Bluebonnet - Baton Rouge, LA

I moved in my home in December of last year. When we moved in the place looked brand new, new carpeting, wood floods throughout the kitchen and dining room, fresh paint and crown molding. Throughout the first few months we had no problems regarding anything, paid our rent became quite friendly with the Park Staff but then a change happened. The staff all changed including the Maintenance. I found when I would call I would get the run-around, no action taken and a bunch of excuses. My washing machine broke and my dryer caught on fire. Called into get file a Maintenance Request, took over 1 month for them to fix my Washer and 2 1/2 weeks to fix my Dryer. When I called and threatened them with calling the Fire Marshall and calling my Lawyer they were quick to have Maintenace there fixing "THEIR" broken property. The lack of Professionalism and the over abundance of EXCUSES has turned me off of living here. Luxury Homes is a JOKE! For the amount of money you pay to live here you would expect them to be waiting on you hand and foot. My lease comes up in 5 months, I'm moving OUT!
