Apartment Review for The Venue At Northgate - Baton Rouge, LA

My son and his girlfriend both live in the VENUE and they really love it. Yes, they are a little expensive! But, for my piece of mind and theirs these Apartments are great. The staff is always prompt with answering questions and getting things done. Students can walk to class - save on gas, stop at the coffee shop, eat at the pub, go to the bank, and feel totally safe within 3-5 minutes. AND WITH GAS PRICES THESE DAYS THIS IT GREAT! We did have one instance when the property first opened that alarmed us - my son's radar detector was stolen out of his truck - however, that was after the property first opened and security has been totally re-evaluated since then.

I do wish that guests could get a pass to park in the garage (expecially is staying overnight)- I really don't like parking my BMW in the empty lot next to the property -but that is also being approved on.

If you don't like these apartments you really need to think twice - especially if your parents are paying your way - - YOU COULD BE IN A DORM OR UNDER A BRIDGE
