Apartment Review for The Venue At Northgate - Baton Rouge, LA

the is horrible, we live on the first floor and we have water damage on our ceiling, the apartment is small and so not worth the money, my full bedroom set couldnt fit in the bedroom, the parking garage is a one way and every one drives fast making it dangerous, and lets not talk about the to the dumpster (you would think as much as we pay we could set the trash outside our door), cabinet space in the kitchen is horrible (we have plates in the same cabinet as our canned goods, the gates dont work half the time, every time I have company i have to walk all the way to the gate to let them in (again as much as we pay their should be a system), then the guest parking lot is a joke the spots are so close together, the office hounded me about $4.25 the didnt realize I didnt pay on my november rent (hello its christmas time), my car was totaled and they still made me pay to park in the garage, they hot and cold water runs so slow you have to plan way ahead of time when you plan to take a bath, the dishwasher is so lound, when they sign for a package for you if you dont call they will not contact you, do yourself a favor and live somewhere else the Venue is so not worth the $1200 you and your roomate will pay a month
