Cons: Management treats rent payment like a clearinghouse... with no consideration to your unique situation. Gates aren't always closed, locked. Parking's an issue if you don't drive a toyota hybrid. Pros: Attractive, quaint living space. Appliances work very well. Nice neighbors. Cool fitness center. The rent's too steep for the level of customer service. Find somewhere else to live.
