Apartment Review for The Venue At Northgate - Baton Rouge, LA

the staff?...they smile and everything but they're a little hesitant to actually DO ANYTHING. When we moved in the floor had something strange all over it and was incredibly sticky. We tried everything to get it off, but the only thing that worked was scrubbing it for 7 hours by hand. The water smells very strongly of sulfur in some apartments and the only way to fix it is to have them pour some chemical in your hot water tank that burns your skin. It's an alright place to live for college students, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it to any serious home buyers.
