Apartment Review for The Venue At Northgate - Baton Rouge, LA

From the outside and even the inside, the Venue looks nice... Until you see your bill. Rent for a 1 bedroom starts at around $720 for only 500 sq. feet!! Add $25 per month for parking garage use (you really have no other choice) and $10 per month for having a pet (this is in addition to the deposit and fee). The "security" is a joke. The magnetic - locked doors are almost always broken and open to anyone. Did I mention that idiots who who get drunk, make noise, deface the walls, and set off the fire alarm in the middle of night like to congregate here? Well, they do. I only lived here because I had to live next to campus b/c I didn't have a car. Now that I do....bye!
