Apartment Review for The Venue At Northgate - Baton Rouge, LA

Management is the absolute worse - arrogant and condescending. Apartment was a pigsty when we moved in and they had the audacity to charge us a cleaning fee after we moved out (we had it cleaned). They also nickeled and dimed us on damaged shades (damaged prior to us moving in) and other minor items that experienced normal wear and tear. They had my car towed ($187) the one time my sticker fell off, it was sitting upside down on my dash. (what’s the point of registering your car). Way too much noise. Security gate did not work for at least 6 months of my 12 month stay. My air conditioning stopped working (for two months) so they gave us a portable unit that barey worked, made too much noise and raised our utility bill $50/month.
