Apartment Review for The Venue At Northgate - Baton Rouge, LA

My son and his roommate moved in 8/21/08 which we knew we had to pay rent of $650 but we were never told that the rent was due again 9/1/08 and offcourse they had a studpid explanation. The Hurricane -GUSTAV- damage the apt, water got in and walls started to get molded and as of right now it has not been taking care of. THEY DID NOT OFFER ANY HELP TO THESE KIDS THEY WANTED THEIR RENT RIGHT AWAY. My son and his roommate were out of their apt for 12 days b/c of no power and offcourse they had to stayed somewhere else. THESE PEOPLE DIDN'T CARE. DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENTS..... I read all the reviews before I rented this apt and I read the good ones and bad ones but for somereason decided to rent the apt anyway. DON'T RENT!!!!!
