Apartment Review for The Venue At Northgate - Baton Rouge, LA

This place is terrible. You get asked for oney outside all the time by homeless people, its hard to find a parking spot near your floor, they charge for everything they possibly can, and maintenance is slow unless its an emergency. The fire alarm always goes off (when there is no fire) so i disconnected the alarm in my room. My roommate and i decided to do this because it went off 3 times starting at 3a.m. the night before our final. 6 months later, they come in a fine us for $500. They are also charging us to replace the carpet even though it was damaged and stained when we got here. The only good thing is that it is next to campus and you pay for it. Rent is way to expensive for the living experience you get here. I almost rather be back in the dorms because they are cheaper and nearly the same quality.
