Apartment Review for University Commons - Baton Rouge, LA

Worse place ever to live, Maintenance is horrible, took 2 months to get a garbage disposal fixed, asked for a new microwave 1 year ago and never got it, the rooms flooded during construction and were promised cleaning of the carpets for no charge and was never fulfilled, asked for a new dryer 2 years ago and never got one, takes 2 cycles to dry clothes costing us more electricity bills in the long run, pool area is always locked so no one can enjoy any part of the benefits we pay for everyday, maintenance is extremely lazy and rude, always riding around on the cart accomplishing absolutely nothing. I highly suggest never wasting your money living here and finding a new area, Commons is not worth price you pay and is not worth the good location next to campus, find more for your money elsewhere.
