New security lights. Don't just fix things, replace things. Management is ALWAYS putting in new carpet, new air conditioning units, new fixtures, new roof, etc. Just raised rent, but 2bedroom still under $500. Apartment tenents nice & friendly, but cars driving by are super loud. Close to LSU. Our cars have been safe the whole time we've been here. Cops have been hanging around in the lot, so now we have security. Problems are: sidewalks flood; raised rent; neighborhood looks much shadier than it actually is; mail service here SUCKS!  Need to rent an apartment?
