Apartment Review for Willow Bend Lake Apartments - Baton Rouge, LA

Was given a ticket for parking on the grass when there were no other parking places. Management gave me an eviction notice warning for going around a speed bump! Noise level here is horrible. There is always a line at the gate of ghetto people waiting for you to use your card and follow you in. Pet deposits are non refundable, and you pay 295 for each pet plus 15 per month per pet. They raise rent without any warning. There are lots of wild birds from the pond (not lake) that are making the pool and area around it look like a bird cage. I would only recommend this place to people who like crappy management, and who can tolerate base banging from all apartments around you. There has been a series of burglaries that the management is trying to deny. I can't wait to leave here!!!
